| Our Vision: 513 Ventures is constantly striving to provide our customers with the best possible products, customer service and information. In the detoxification industry there are many “fly by night” companies out there that promise the world but never deliver. 513 Ventures is a legitimate brick and mortar company with proven solutions.
Our Products: All of the products we carry have been tested by our staff, independent labs, and thousands of satisfied customers.
Customer Service: Our friendly staff is available via our toll free number (1-877-420-3386) between 8:30am and 8pm Eastern Time from Monday thru Thursday, and from 8:30am to 6:00pm Eastern Time on Fridays for any questions that may arise before, during, or after the detoxification process. All employees receive extensive drug test training and are experts in ridding the urine, hair, and saliva of toxins.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
If you order overnight and it is before 6pm (Eastern Time) Monday – Thursday you will get your products the next day. On Friday or the weekend, you will receive your product on Tuesday. UPS does not deliver our products on the weekends. For Ground it all depends on where you live. When you checkout we will provide a map with estimated shipping times. Do you share my information with anyone?
When it comes to your privacy, we are dedicated to providing you with a confidential ordering experience. The information we collect will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible. We will never sell your information to a 3rd party or send you anything else in the mail. For more information see our Privacy Policy page.
What will my credit card statement look like?
Your credit card statement will not say anything about detoxification or drug testing products. It will read “513 Ventures”. For more information see our Privacy Policy page.
I heated Quick Fix Urine up in my microwave and it is hot, but the temperature strip is black. It is broken!
The temperature strip is perfectly fine. Relax; you simply heated the Quick Fix Synthetic Urine up too much. If the product is hot to the touch it is over 100 degrees. Detach the heat pad. Let the Quick Fix cool below 100 degrees with the cap off. Once it is less than 100 degrees the temperature strip will change colors. Attach the heat pad and you should be set.
Can you write special instructions my package for the UPS driver?
To protect the privacy of our customers and staff is our policy not to write anything on the package. We suggest leaving a note for the UPS driver on your door if you would like them to leave the package.
Are you guys just running out of someone's basement or garage?
