How long will it take to get my order? Detox For Less FAQ If you selected ground shipping for your order, you should expect to receive it in 2-5 business days, depending on your location. A map is provided at checkout with estimated ground ship times. Ground orders placed before 4 pm Eastern time ship the same day. Ground order placed after 4 pm eastern time ship the following business day.

If you selected next-day shipping for your order, you should receive it the following business day by noon. The deadline for next-day shipping is 7 pm Eastern time. Next-day orders placed after 7 pm Eastern time will ship the following business day. Next day orders placed after 7 PM Eastern time on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do you share my information with anyone? When it comes to your privacy, we are dedicated to providing you with a confidential ordering experience. The information we collect will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible. I heated Quick Fix Urine up in my microwave and it is hot, but the temperature strip is black. It is broken? The temperature strip is perfectly fine. Relax.. you simply heated the Quick Fix Synthetic Urine up too much. If the product is hot to the touch, it is over 100 degrees. Detach the heat pad. Let the Quick Fix cool below 100 degrees with the cap off. Once it is less than 100 degrees, the temperature strip will change colors. Attach the heat pad and you should be set.

Can you write special instructions my package for the UPS driver? To protect the privacy of our customers and staff, it is our policy not to write anything on the package.
