In the detoxification industry, there are many "fly by night" companies out there that promise the world, but never deliver. Detox For Less is a legitimate brick-and-mortar company with proven solutions.

Customer Service

Our friendly staff is available via our toll free number (1-877-420-3386) between 9 am and 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for any questions that may arise before, during, or after the detoxification process. All employees receive extensive drug test training and are experts in ridding the urine, hair, and saliva of toxins.


How long will it take to get my order?

UPS Ground

UPS Ground orders vary by destination. We ship out of Cincinnati Ohio. Any UPS Ground Order placed before 4pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day. Any order placed after 4pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

UPS Saturday Delivery

Detox For Less provides UPS Saturday Next Day delivery for $45. Saturday Delivery is not available everywhere. If you select Saturday delivery and you are not eligible, one of our staff will notify you and assist you in getting your product to you quickly!

When it comes to your privacy, we are dedicated to providing you with a confidential ordering experience. The information we collect will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible. What will my credit card statement look like?
Your credit card will be billed as 'Paradise Novelties', and will not say anything related to detoxification or drug testing. For more information, see our Privacy Policy page.

I heated Quick Fix Urine up in my microwave and it is hot, but the temperature strip is black. Is it broken?
The temperature strip is perfectly fine. Relax. You simply heated the Quick Fix Synthetic Urine up too much. If the product is hot to the touch, it is over 100 degrees. Detach the heat pad. Let the Quick Fix cool below 100 degrees with the cap off. Once it is less than 100 degrees, the temperature strip will change colors. Attach the heat pad and you should be set.

Can you write special instructions on my package for the UPS driver?
To protect the privacy of our customers and staff, it is our policy not to write anything on the package. We suggest leaving a note for the UPS driver on your door if you would like them to leave the package. For more information see our Privacy Policy page.

Are you guys just running out of someone's basement or garage?
Unlike the majority of the websites that sell detox products online, we are an actual brick-and-mortar company.
